The location is a plus; it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Dataran Pahlawan Mall, with various restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was handy for us. The room was small but comfortable enough for our needs. There was a clean space for my family to pray, which we appreciated. I noted the absence of toiletries and a hairdryer, so plan to bring your own essentials. The water pressure was fantastic, ensuring refreshing showers after our adventures. It was equipped with a lift, making transporting our bags hassle-free—a bonus for a budget-friendly hotel. We faced a slight hiccup regarding parking; the hotel charged a fair amount for a parking ticket that could only be used for a hour, which seemed unfair. For families seeking basic accommodation and accessibility, Comfort Hotel serves its purpose.
